Please allow 90 minutes for your experience due to our new VR experience! This will consist of:
Arrival and check in 30 minutes prior to your booking time to ensure your VR experience does not get cut short.
30 minutes for our new Hero Zone Arena (Multiplayer VR Mini-games).
30 minutes for the main VR arena (around ~8 minutes for briefing and kitting up and ~22 minutes in the simulation).
Experience time will be deducted due to lateness!
After the experience, you can compare and discuss your scores with some hot food & refreshments (alcoholic & non-alcoholic) at our bar.
Note: Hot Food must be ordered in advance to your booking. It can be ordered via your booking confirmation email.

Each slot can accommodate up to 6 people. For bookings of 6+ players see below:
Group of 6+ players must book consecutive time slots every 30 minutes. (E.g. if booking for 10 players at 7pm, you must add 5 tickets at 7pm and 5 tickets for 7:30pm into your cart).
If you have a group of fewer than 6 people, the slot is open to other members of the public. If you prefer to keep your session exclusive, there is an option to purchase a 'private session'.
For large group bookings (24+) we offer bespoke packages depending on your requirements. You can enquire here and we will get back to you within 24 hours.

Rescheduling and cancellations are available up to 48 hours in advance of your booking only. Cancelling your slot in time will allow us to issue you with a full refund. Experience time will be deducted due to lateness!
- If you reschedule/cancel at least 48 hours prior to your reservation, a full refund will be issued to the original payment method OR will be applied to a voucher for a future booking
- If you reschedule/cancel between 24 - 48 hours prior to your reservation, you will be charged 45% of your booking fee. The remaining balance will be applied in the form of a voucher for a future booking
- Rescheduling/cancellations made in less than 24 hours WILL NOT BE PROCESSED/REFUNDED
For all large group bookings (24+), you are able to reschedule or cancel your booking up to 1 week in advance of your initial booking

Due to health & safety, there is a strict minimum height requirement of 1.3m (no minimum age). Customers under 18 must be accompanied by an adult.
Players will be measured upon entry and those who don't meet the height requirement won't be permitted to play. Refunds cannot be given for players refused entry.

We have a strict no under 18's policy everyday after 6pm. The last bookable slot for anyone under 18 is 5pm.
If anyone under 18 years of age is booked in for an experience that carries over 6pm, they will not be allowed to play and will be asked to leave the venue.

All prices vary between £28-£48 per person depending on date, time and game selection:
WEEKDAYS:
OFF PEAK (Monday - Friday before 5pm): Prices vary from £28-£30pp (subject to game)
PEAK (Monday - Friday from 5pm): Prices vary from £32-£36pp (subject to game)
WEEKENDS:
Saturday OFF PEAK (10am-11:30am): Prices vary from £36-£40pp (subject to game)
Saturday PEAK (from 12pm): Prices vary from £44-£48pp (subject to game)

For the VR experience: If you have a group of fewer than 6 people, the slot is open to other members of the public. If you prefer to keep your session exclusive, you can book a 'private session' on the booking page to guarantee no random players joining.
For the Social Dart lanes: Our AR Darts is booked by the lane with up to 12 players on one lane. So your darts session will always be private :)

After making a booking, you will be required to present your payment card upon arrival (during check-in) to one of our team. This will also be emphasised in your booking confirmation via email.
This is purely for security purposes only and failure to do so will lead to refusal of your participation in the experience. We will not be able to reschedule or refund your booking if you fail to present your payment card when requested.

You can drive or get public transport.
The closest tube station is Ealing Broadway (Central, District & Elizabeth Lines)

You must check in at the venue with our hosts up to 30 minutes prior to your booking time. We cannot start until your whole party is present. Please account for travel when planning arrival.
For guests who arrive up to 0-30 minutes late into their booking time, the experience will be shortened to ensure our other guest bookings are not impacted. Anyone arriving more than 30 minutes late will not be admitted. No refunds will be given for missed sessions.
No-shows will incur automatic cancellation of your booking and forfeiture of payment.

We certainly do! Check out our drink’s menu and food menu before you arrive to see what might tempt you. We do need advance notice for all food orders, so if you’re feeling peckish please either add your food choices into your basket before checkout OR email us if you forget.

Yes, if you’re just after a refreshment or a go on one of our table/arcade games, feel free to drop by.
You can hop onto one of our Social AR Dart lanes (up to 12 players per lane) and enjoy some drinks alongside some fun and interactive entertainment. Different game modes available for all group sizes!

We offer student tickets online. When booking student tickets, you must present the equivalent number of valid student IDs.

While we can’t 100% guarantee it, our experience does not induce motion sickness. Motion sickness is caused by a difference between your actual and perceived motion. During our experience, our motion capture technology will track you in real-time. Meaning your avatar won’t move unless you do.

Everyone can see each other as they would in real life. Our in-built trackers track your movement in real time and allow you to see precisely where everyone else is.
Additionally, there are clear boundaries to prevent you from exiting the game area. As long as you pay attention and follow the in-game instructions, it will be safe for you.

If your frame is smaller than 142 mm wide and 50 mm high, it should fit within our VR headset. However, we advise to wear contact lenses if possible.

This experience requires you to be able to move around with a headset while using both hands. For this reason our game isn't wheelchair friendly (just yet).
Players under 130cm in height will not be allowed to participate due to health and safety. We recommend checking players' heights before booking tickets.
People under the influence of drugs or alcohol will not be allowed to play based on their impact on health & safety.
If intoxicated with alcohol, that person(s) will not be allowed to play and the option for a refund or credit will not be available.

You would be able to hire out the venue where we have ample seating and the choice of 4 x 65" TVs for presentations. Not forgetting that we have a bar and can even arrange the food for you.
